At the end of February, Isaiah officially moved into his new room in the basement. Grandpa Bob and Andy had spent the weekend painting both Isaiah's room and the nursery. Once the paint fumes had dissipated, we started moving in Isaiah's furniture. The new room is much bigger than his old one...with much more floor space to cover with toys! We shall see how well he keeps it picked up!

Snow Day 2016
We finally got a snow day the beginning of February. We actually ended up having two days. The first day was quite a load of snow that even Andy stayed home. The kids got all dressed in their gear and headed out to "help" and play in the snow!
They wanted to make a snowman and the snow was pretty good snow to do so. Their's ended up as baby snowmen, but had arms of sticks, raisins for mouth and eyes, and a carrot nose!

And then Daddy got out the snow tubes we bought a couple years ago. Being the awesome, creative, problem-solver he is, he created a sled run for the kids on the side of the house.
It's A Boy
The first thing I did was go get a manicure with BLUE nail polish to show everyone what gender our healthy babe is. Then Mom and I went out to the store right away and bought a few things!
To tell the kids what gender he is, I wrapped up this cute little sleeper and had them open it. As you can see, Claire was less less than thrilled! We assured her she would love him and it was better for her to be the special girl in the middle!
Now....onto choosing a name!
