Soccer Season Concludes
Isaiah had his final soccer game last weekend. After the game the kids got a medal from their coach. It looks like a soccer ball and Isaiah thinks it's really awesome!
Claire got to have a snack too!
His team. There were many missing for the last game!

A little photo shoot of Kruz and Isaiah!
Finger Licking Good!
We made Halloween cupcakes last week but then realized after we made them that we didn't have anything to decorate them with! So we sealed them in a container and waited a couple days. I let both kids decorate one cupcake all by themselves and they had a blast!
Just another picture of how I found Claire one night when I went to bed!
There really aren't words to explain this, but she had fun dancing around on one skate!
A rare moment of them not fighting! Isaiah is really into the games on pbskids.org and surprises me at how well he can use a computer!
Isaiah wasn't feeling well on Saturday so Claire and I ran some errands to let him rest. We stopped at the mall and Claire had ot take a ride with her favorite puppy. She gave him a pat as we were leaving and said, "He was a good listener."
I know I already put this on facebook, but it's just too cute! I'm not sure where she learned
Waiting for popcorn the night of the Wisconsin game!

Awesome Activities
The Somewhat Sleeper
Claire is our little problem sleeper! Isaiah has been a great sleeper since he started sleeping through the night. Claire, on the other hand, has been giving us a run for our money! We have bought a lock and put it on her door and on nights she really doesn't want to stay in her room....we lock her in!! I feel like a terrible parent, but really we haven't had to do it too many times! Even on nights we don't lock the door, she turns on her lamp and plays in her room until we find her somewhere like the picture below, sometimes with jammies on...sometimes not!! I usually just cover her with a blanket and turn off the light and hope I don't see her until morning!
The Windy City
I went to Chicago for work a couple weeks ago. I went to a conference for work that was really good. I've been trying to use some of the information in my classroom! We also had a chance to do some sight seeing and dine on the district's money!
The first night we ate at Giordano's, a famous deep dish pizza place. It was amazing even though we couldn't eat close to all of it!
This is a picture driving by Lake Michigan on our taxi ride to the conference the first morning.
The Chicago skyline taken from a very WINDY Navy Pier.

Busy Times Outside
Isaiah has been wanting to ride his bike without his training wheels. So on several occasions Andy takes off the training wheels and hangs onto the back of his little bike. He has a lot of trouble balancing still so after a couple runs they put the training wheels back on! Isaiah does an awesome job of riding his bike with his training wheels, though!
Claire sitting by while Isaiah rides his bike reading the Super Babies to her baby. It's either Asher or Benny as those are the names of her babies right now! :-)
GO BIG RED!
Isaiah got to go to the Idaho State game with Andy. They stayed for the first half and Isaiah ate an entire box of popcorn and got to release a balloon at the first touchdown. He held onto his ticket for dear life the entire time and even slept with it that night!
And here are a couple videos of the kids cheering for the Huskers for the Wisconsin game. Isaiah stayed up until halftime, but barely made it!
(And just in case you were wondering, Claire is cheering for Sexy Rexy!)
The Night Sky
We've had a telescope for a long time but had yet to get it out. So the other night Andy got it assembled and we were able to look at the moon. Isaiah thought it was "awesome" and can't wait to do it again!
Claire and I also took a walk to the geese ponds as the sun was setting. The view was so beautiful, especially with Claire in it! :-) We saw the geese fly over the pond on their way south and we even saw the otter swim by!
Crazy Claire
Just a silly picture of our Diva Daughter getting ready to eat supper!
